FOUNDATION TRAINING

Foundation Training is a series of 19 corrective exercises created by Dr. Eric Goodman to bring us back to our natural movement patterns. Foundation Training uses a combination of powerful movements, intentional poses, and conscious breathing work to activate the muscles in your posterior chain. These exercises teach you how to effectively use your body and build it up rather than succumb to the constant breakdown caused by 21st century living. Classes are shorter so you can run away from your desk for a short Foundation fix. Come in your Dockers, denim, or dress…just get here.

A powerful fusion of Foundation Training and Power Yoga. This challenging, intelligently sequenced class is designed to help you move better and feel better all over. Come prepared to sweat and leave refreshed and rejuvenated. All experience levels welcome.


POWER BASICS

When you are through learning, you are through. So whether you’ve been practicing for 20 years or 2 minutes, we think there’s great value in going back to the basics. Ergo the creation of Power Basics. In this class, you’ll get the nuts and bolts of a safe, powerful practice. Huge focus on alignment and breath. Zero intimidation, maximum benefits.  You may even sweat more than in Power 60!
