Based in the charming village of Ortisei, this six-night retreat blended daily alpine hikes, Foundation Training, mobility and recovery, meditation, nourishing local cuisine, and time to explore the beauty and culture of the Dolomites. We moved our bodies, quieted our minds, enjoyed the mountains, and connected with like-minded adventurers while making space for self-care, meaningful conversations, and personal growth.
